Option 2
Bespoke home visit
4 sessions once a week £240 (Paid on booking)

- Review & assessment of progression.

Private home visit
2 Sessions twice a week £330 (Paid on booking)

Necessities
1. You must have access to SCALES to perform check ins correctly.
2. You must have access to food SCALES to ensure food is being weighed to the correct amount.
3. You must have access to a TAPE MEASURE for check in measurements.
4. You will require a LOG BOOK or notepad so you can take notes to ensure you stay accountable with your training progression.
Disclaimer
- I provide tailored Nutritional & Training plans to help you succeed, but YOU have to put in the HARDWORK to progress! Responsibility plays a big factor when joining my service.
- If you are not happy with the results but have not followed the advice/plans, Only YOU are to blame NOT me. You should stay accountable for your actions.
- Weekly check-ins will not be chased and should be structured to what we discussed with weights, measurements & pictures. The responsibility lies with you and only you!
- Informed consent and PAR-Q to be signed before progressing onto the team.
- Once payments have been made there won’t be an option for refunds.

ABOUT ME
I have had a keen interest in sports & fitness from a young age. Developing my intellect and performance was always the number one goal. From learning coaching drills during my rugby days to then playing for the school academy and becoming a leader, decision maker for my team.
Fast forward to the age of 17, I decided to start BodyBuilding career which was the hardest mental task I have ever faced, pushing the body to levels the body has never been to before. When making this decision i knew i wanted a career in personal training. My one true passion towards health & fitness. From the time of me making my decision to become a BodyBuilder my mindset has become reborn, more resilience, no element of giving up and certainly more self-reliance and that is exactly what to expect from me being your coach.

A fitness online coach works as a personal trainer to help clients lose weight, gain muscle and accomplish other fitness goals. The duties in understanding client goals, developing a fitness routine, recommending a healthy eating plan and ensuring all exercises are performed correctly.
